So it first started out as a little moisture in the bottom of my headlight. From what I read that was normal. I get to work today and noticed the entire inside is frozen. I have the TYC projectors. Do you think I have a bad headlight or the plugs in the back need pushed out?

It's a common problem. The only fix I know of is on the back of the housings you'll see some brown tabs. Pull them off. If the filters come off to that's okay. Push the filters back on then barely put the brown covers on. That's supposed to allow enough air movement to get the moisture out.

The problem is I have TYC headlights and they don't have the filter tabs. They are just rubber vents.
