Our trucks don't come with xenon lights. Are yours after market?

Did you touch the bulb with your fingers when you installed it??? Never touch the actual glass part of the bulb as it will leave oils on it and decrease bulb life or burn out the bulb.

Is the op talking about water or condensation inside the headlight or fog lights. I can't figure out what he's saying.
