help quick will 06 rims fit 2011

im about to buy these tires on cragslist they are procomp tires on 20" rims off of a 2006 ram 5 bolt, i have a 2011 ram. will they fit?

one problem i might have is that i have the DDM tuning hid kit and if i dont turn on my lights the tpms light stays on w/ DRL'S, and these tires and rims dont have the tpms in them i was only gonna use them for a winter setup

you guys think that will mess something up?
