What I do highly recommend though. Is always keep an extra ballast and bulb on the shelf if you can swing the extra costs. Takes quite a bit of time to get a new bulb or ballast sent out to you if you have to replace one under warranty.

I got 1 extra of everything and 2 bulbs just cuz

I also would agree with everyone else about the morimoto. I already had a pretty expensive HID kit when I bought projectors from Retroshop and I purchased the morimoto bulbs to fit the projectors and tested one vs my other bulb. The morimoto is a more solid sturdy construction at the base of the bulb for sure. Highly recommend retroshop.us also as the customer service is absolutely unbeatable

I love the look of the LED fogs just need to make the Headlights right now. I changed the remaining of the bulbs that didn't come LED to LED already such as the tag light, cargo lamps, and rambox lights.

Side note for you. I got their 50W 6500k and it very closely resembles the color of my gtr gen 3 led fogs. I don't know if color matching both sets of lights matters to you or not but it's a must for me. From up close they look more blue from the projectors themselves. But from far away they look damn near exact.

What did you do or what are you gonna do to keep the bulb out message coming on the dash? I thought LEDsand HIDs made this come on? Also where did you get your leds? Link...... Are they bright?

You have to get resistors to trick the computers into thinking they're making the same voltage. I don't know what he has but I have gtr gen 3 led fogs from headlight revolution. Morimoto 50w hid headlights.

Fog lights only

You can try opt 7 fluxbeam. I think they're just over 100 but not sure.

In my opinion though if you're going to upgrade your headlights go big. You can't beat the quality. And besides changing the projectors for aftermarket I have the best lights on the market right now.

I fully agree with above statement. I'm all about saving money BUT when it comes to lighting and headlights/fogs you either spend the money for quality or don't spend any and stick with what you got.

This couldn't be more true. I've wasted $100's on quad headlights, led bulbs etc. I finally built myself a set of 13+ projectors with a Morimoto 35 watt 6500k HID kit and I should have just done this from the start.

• 2012 Ram 1500 RCSB Hemi • 22" SRT-10 Wheels Plastidipped Black w/ Bridgestone Tires • Smoked Taillights • Custom Quad Headlights • Opt-7 FluxBeam-X 6000k LED Lows • MicTuning 6000k LED Fogs • K&N 63 Series CAI • Flowmasters Muffler • Line-X Bed • OEM Black Badges All Around • 20% Tint All Around • Lund Tri-Fold Tonneau + plenty more coming soon...
