I have OPT-7 hid's, which are low beam only. I am using the relay harness, which runs directly off the positive battery terminal.
If I want to convert them to bi-xenon, do I just need to change the bulbs and harness with the bi-xenon relay setup? I would think the ballasts remain as is.

I believe so as long as they have a dual position bulb. There are only a few sizes out there. I forget what the trucks take.

My 2012 takes the h13, for the dual (not the quad) headlight. Dual element hid's are available in all the color/temps. Thanks for the response.

So no projectors?

Ballast should remain the same.

No projectors ; just regular duals.

You should have gotten a bi-xenon harness to begin with, otherwise you have no high beam function
