How do you remove factory fog lights?

I was trying to adjust mine and now the bottom keeps falling out. I now cant get the screw to turn in either direction. Im wondering if i can just take it out and try to fix the adjustment and reinstall but it looks like its in a big housing that my be bolted to the bumper somehow ...

By bottom i mean the plug that holds the light in the housing. I cant get the tabs to lock in it now

I didn't have to do all that on my '13. 3 10mm bolts each and out they came.

I got an angled cutter and cut a big square out of the housing to it makes adjusting so much easier... Fixed my issue
