just bought 20x9 0 offset wheels and 33x12.5x20 tires. how much past the fenders will the tires stick out. trying to decide between pocket flares that cover 2" or oem 2500 flares. I'm also leveled on bilstein 5100s

I have 18x9 with 0 offset, 305/70 (35x12.4) and have about 2 inches out. I have not taken oem flares off and checked yet, but the eyeballs tell me about 2...

So 20x9 stock offset is 19.4 mm offsert-roughly 5.75" backspacing. That means that a 20x9 with zero backspacing has 5" backspacing which is .75" less backspacing than Stock so the wheel itself sticks out .75" further than the stock wheel

I had the 20x8 black sport package wheels and I believe was told the offset was 56.. Not sure what tells you that on the rim, but there is an ET 56.xx on the back of the rim spokes.

what's the stock tire compared to a 12.5 wide?

My stock tire was 285/60/20, which was about 10.8 inches I believe...

got it. 10.8". so about 1.7 for the tire and 3/4 for the rim. it'll stick out almost 2 1/2 inches?

Like I said, mine is from a 2016 2500, not sure of any changes, and I am assuming you are in a 1500.. Do what I did, just get the wheel/tire combo put on, then measure for yourself and buy flares accordingly. I am trying to figure out which ones as well.. Down to EGR and Bushwacker. Just wish they did not cost so much...

Your stock sra's are aproximately 11" wide. I'm pretty sure factory offset for the 1500's (20x9) is -19. So add 3/4 for added tire width, and a little under an inch for the 0 offset. They will stick out past factory fenders a little over an inch and a half(1 5/8").

new tires are 1.5 wider than stock. looks like it is gonna be close to 2.5 with offset . I'm either stock 2500 or egr bolt on. doesn't look like stock flares would coverage that much tire

I had 0 offset, and pocket style flares, and they didn't do much. haha

0 offset is about 2" stick out from fender.

1.5 divided in half, wider by .75 each side...plus the -19mm difference in offset should be a little over 1 1/2" depending on which tire you're going with. They will not be 2.5 inches past fenders.
