I have them. They're not bad. The brackets don't line up a 100% during install but with a little adjustment bolt on fine. I bought the black ones and the paint is coming off where I step. And during the winter the plastic pads can be a little slippery.

I have some too, I like them for the price and I really like how they kinda blend in with the truck.

Sorry if Im late to the game. I installed the iboards 2 months ago. It came with a few catches the nuts welded to brackets were offset too much so I had to grind them out (2 of them). They hold up just fine, they match pretty good to the body.
If i had to buy boards again, I would buy these again.
