All right I am looking at ordering my wheels and tires here in the next few weeks and like many others I would like to have opinions on what I am ordering on wether they will fit.
I have read everything I can and everything points to this set up working just fine.
Iam on bils at 2.8 with TTC-1211S and 1" spacers with Timber Grove air bags.

Wheels are XD Badlands 18x9s with -12mm offset which is 4.5" bs which is one inch less then stock. So this is pushing my wheels out 2" or so from where they set now.
Cheapest I have found is on Ebay for $1,136. free shipping.

Tires I am looking at BFG KM2s in a 35x12.5x18s, I have read these are not a true 35" tire but around 34 to 34.5 but still a 12.5" tire.
Cheapest is $1,196.00 free shipping

I have also been looking at Toyo MTs 285/75/18s , a 35" tire but not as wide at 11.5" so might clear alittle better.
Seen these at $1,325.

Then tpms, do I get these from Ram ? or are there good after market ones.

Thanks for any input.

I have had and used both tires you have there on everything I can throw at it.

I'd show you pictures - but photobucket is having a melt down and crying.

The KM2s are GREAT tires. However, they are softer tire than the Toyo and won't last as long. I really did enjoy the KM2s on my 1500. Air-downed they'd crawl over anything I threw at it!

Toyos are great, harder and won't get a puncture as easy. Last a lot longer. Still a nice quiet tire.

I had the Toyos on my Cummins and really like them but was thinking of doing the BFGs just to run a different tire.
I like the fact the Toyos are 10ply and dont like the fact the BFGs are not and only 8ply.
But then I am not sure it matters that much on my 1500.

To give you an idea I had these on a bone stock ram 1500 . They are 20s on 35s and they rubbed just a little bit . I used my Factory TPS

I think you should be fine being a smaller wheel , you'll just have more tire . Let me see if I can find my email receipt .

I think I am leaning toward the Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 35x11.5 on my truck that is levelled 2.1 on bils.

This is will be on 20x9 Fuel Rippers with a +1.

Well thanks for looking.:)

What I could find -12mm in these seemed to be the most common offset.

Yeah those Ridge Grapplers do look good I looked at them as well, they are getting good reviews.

I went with Zohr. Local company. They beat all the big prices on wheels and tires. And they come to you. Top notch service at a great price. Plus you are supporting local business.

Might I suggest the Cooper St Maxx a buddy of mine who gets deep in the **** with his 4wd Tacoma swears by them. I've actually rolled with him twice once doing some river crossings and overlanding and again when we did some **** on the beach going like 60mph

Saw these wheels today :) well now I am second guessing myself on the Badlands.

These are Jesters 18x9s with 0 - offset which gives a 5" bs.

Thoughts on these vs the Badlands for my truck.
