Oh and please take pics!!! Even if they don't fit, please take a side profile picture so I can see how far they stick out above the headlights back plate.

Thanks I'd really appriciate it!!!

what are the led headlights people are putting into the high beams in the projectors?

I see the Putco ones, but they are too expensive, plus I read they don't work with the Ram canbus system crap. I found the Xenon Depot Xtreme LED Headlight Kit...see link below. I wonderr if anyone has used these before?

I have the tyc reps and they run the 13-15 bulbs so I need to order the 9006 (fits 9012) for the low beam.

Yea I had the FluxBeam-X bulbs in my quads I just sold and man where they bright. No drilling or adjustment nesc. They lined up perfectly once I locked them into the ring. The LED's where at 3 and 9 o'clock and the L side was facing left and the R side was facing right on both sides.... Either i got really lucky or the new FluxBeam-X bulbs are made to perfectly line up without adjusting them.

What year projectors do you have? I think they changed the bulb in 2016 and I'm wondering if the dust cap is bigger or smaller for that year.

It's a 2017, the video I watched the guy had a 16 Laramie and fit tightly but they did fit

I've also been considering these in the low beam.

I had Fluxbeam X's in my 13' quad head lights but would blind people. I would get flashed every 7 or 8 cars. Even tried adjusting the lights, still wasn't helping.

Bought some cheap Spyder Projector lights off ebay and work surprisingly good. Not blinding people anymore and looks nice.

I had them in my 12 quads. You probably didn't have the LED's themselves straight left and right. The led part should be at 3 o'clock and 9 oclock once the bulb is locked in. Also the bulbs have a L and a R on them and have to be put in the right way. So if you did not do both of those then that's most likely why you were blinding people. I had mine installed and adjusted properly and never once got flashed. My truck is also not leveled or lifted, if yours is, that was your problem.

I did. It was a bit challenging getting the retainer clip around the bulb since it's lot bulker than a halogen... but I made it work. You can't use the dust cover either, which doesn't bother me since opt7 recommends not using one anyway.

I now have a nice clean cut off to my beam.

Love how they came out! They were tight that's for sure but they work fine and no pop ups, no dead spot that I really notice, at least when you're looking at the road vs a garage door. On the door there is a small dead spot. But they look great and we're easy to install, happy with them for sure.

So let me get this straight... you were 100% able to fit the Opt7 bulbs into the oem projectors and put the dust cover back on??

Completely, it is tight though. 100% serious on that. The wire on the back of the fan does hit the cap but I wrapped it on the side of the bulb. Easy to fit in the housing. Just the wire hit the cap. That's why it's tight

Dude your the man!!! I have my TYC's sitting in my room under my bed and for some stupid reason i havnt ordered the adapter from JJ lol I'm going to have to do it right now.... to be honest I was kind of waiting for confirmation on the opt7 bulbs because I wanted to buy the high beam diode when I bought the adapter but I wasn't sure if the opt7 bulbs would fit and didn't wanna buy the high beam diode if they didn't fit because you can't use the high beam diode with halogen. But I emailed Jeremy a few days ago and he said I can use the high beam diode if I'm using an led bulb so it looks like I'm gonna place my order now.

Your the man... I do have a set of the SNGL led bulbs on the way that I posted earlier but I don't think their gonna fit. I also have a set of the opt7 9006 bulbs coming too.

Such good news to hear that they fit. Other members have sworn up and down they don't fit but I had a feeling they would.

Do you think the opt7 bulbs will fit into the high beam of the projector? The high beam looks to be seated further in compared to the low beam... I want to know if they fit there aswell as I'd like to order high beams too.

Not too sure those would fit, just because of the way the dust cap sits lower at that part and it doesn't sit that much further down than the projector. I forgot to try it, but if they do fit it would be real real close

This is what I'm wondering too.

Also, did I read that your not getting any "bulb out" warnings, flickering, etc.?
