Alright everyone my Iron Bull Bumper came in Monday night, So I tryed installing it last night...Tried key word.

I have a 2011 Ram 1500 Regular Cab Outdoorsman.

The bumper mounts directly to the factor frame bumper mounts. I mounted it up and the passanger side looked great. However my driver side seems like it needs to go in about a 1/4 inch and the whole bumper needs to shift about a 1/4 inch to the driver side. The crevis where it goes between the light and the fender it is touching the light. So i added 3 washers to the bottom bolts to kinda push it out.(jsut to see) and it did move it back a little.

I am attaching pic of my front end bare, mounted with out washers(with frame pic to show it's flat), and then the other pics will be with washers and show the sides.

I am out of ideas, Any help would be great.

Bumper looks sweet if you can get the fit issues resolved. I might ditch my express nose and upgrade to one. Looks much heartier than the plastic facia I have. Do they offer it without the grill guard part?

Curious. Has the truck ever been in an accident?

My only other thought was did you tighten down the pass side first?
I played hell trying to align the factory bumper on my '00 when I took it off.
Whatever side I bolt down first line up fine, the other side looked like ****.

Alright still have issues. So i took my truck to a local shop they were not able to get it on properly. I then Took it to a body shop to check the frame allignment and that all checked out ok.

I contacted Iron Bull and they sent me a new bumper. The new bumper has the same issue. What can I do to fix this?

I am considering introducing my Driverside bumper mount/frame mount to a friend...Mr Sledge Hammer.

It needs to go back like 1/8-1/4 back

Ummm WTF man?! You're playin HELL with this thing.

Can you take a picture of the passenger side so we can see how it fits by the headlight?
It looks like the angle of the pointy part is just wrong all together.

Mmm, options are cut n paste or attempt to 'alter' with a hammer.

If it were me, I would start cutting the bumper mounts.

Cut the Bumper Mount?

Cut the Bumper Mount? The black part on the right is the bumper mount. Left flat piece with bolts is the piece attached to the frame.......

It kinda looks like the bull needs tweeked. Does the bull sit flat when on the ground? It looks like the left when standing where the truck would be, needs to be "turned down" a bit, dunno.

Honestly, I would just slot the holes as necessary. I don't think it would be all that hard to get that bumper fitting right.

How can you slot the holes, so that the bumper is closer to the truck on the driver side?

It does look to be 'twisted' kinda. Maybe it got bent up in shipment?
