Any way to replace the 3157 bulbs with 3157 LED bulbs and not have the computer tell you that you have a bulb out? And start flashing a million times?

Nope in order to avoid that you'll have to use a resistor and cut wires.
In my opinion LED bulbs in the tails won't make a difference.

If you want it brighter your best bet is to buy an aftermarket led tail lights.

Good luck

Figured as much. I was just trying to avoid ever having to replace them again. Had nothing to do with brightness. Just me being lazy and cheap. Lol

What about the VLED Tritons...? I know they're expensive but they seem to be very bright and they seem to have a plug and play resistor?

If your being cheap just leave it alone or you will have issues.
As far as being lazy it's real simple to change he bulbs when needed
