I currently have 20 sport rims on my truck. I’m thinking about dropping down in rim size to an 18” rim. My question is, will these fit without rubbing on the rotor/brake caliper?

Yes you can fit 18's it can clear the brakes, you just have to worry about backspacing. You can even fit 17's. It is all about how far in the wheels go.
