Well, the OEM Transforce ATs on my 2500 Outdoorsman are about toast after 18,000 miles. I need a tire that'll hold up to hot summer highway asphalt, tow our travel trailer well and hopefully get me to at least 50,000 before needing replacing. After tons of research I decided to go with Nitto Exo Grapplers in the same size as the factory Firestones, 275/70/18. Most folks who have them rave about the smooth ride, ability to handle any type of terrain/road condition, durability, and many are getting 80,000+ out of them. I'll post pics once they are mounted.

You will be pleased. I haven't put many miles on yet, but the truck handles better, they are not noisy, and I like the tough 3-ply sidewalls.

Just watched a video on those tires. Tgey dont look half bad. I think i still like the toyo RT a little better looks wise. But i do need a tire that will last in all conditions.

The Toyo R/Ts are nice tires, but to me the EXOs appear to offer a great mix of durability, ride comfort, all weather traction and looks. I read several reviews on the cumminsforum and those who use them swear by them. Plus, Walmart had my size for $50 off per tire...

I like my BFG AT KO2s. They have held up great to towing in 100+ degree weather, highway driving, normal snow driving, and I'm the only one of 5 trucks that doesn't have to put on chains to get up to the cabin in the winter.

Looks like i can get a 35 x 12.50 x 18 for 239 a tire. Thats cheap. What gives? The toyo rt's are over 400 a tire!

Just browsing Walmart, the EXOs in 35x12.5R18 are $135 off per tire. That's a hell of a deal!

Nevermind. Walmart sells the rt for a little over 300 a tire. Those are good prices

Oops, I see you best me to it. Looking elsewhere on line, no one else beats Walmart's prices on the EXOs in my size. They may just be trying to reduce inventory, as not all sizes are discounted that heavily.

Yeah i think a 285 x 75 x 18 is similar in size for a 35 inch tire and the prices on both are best by far at walmart that ive found

I had the EXOs mounted today. Thanks to the geniuses at the Wal-Mart tire center (and me for not catching it), you can get a good look at the two different sidewall designs the tire has. Initial feedback is good, the tires are smooth and handle much better than the stock tires, although they are a bit louder as would be expected. Hopefully they wear as well as most of the reports online indicate they should.

They have a dual sidewall design, aggressive on one side, more subdued on the other, so you have a choice. I told them to make sure the aggressive, chiseled design was mounted facing out, I should have known better letting Walmart mount them.

You going to take them back and have them fix it? That would drive me crazy.
