Paint failing / wrinkling / peeling

Has anyone had a similar condition? I noticed this on the hood, though very small it looks to be wrinkling up and could worsen. 2016 Ram with 7k miles. I have the dealer seeing if Chrysler will warranty. I have nicks here and there, this is something else. First pic is from far back then zoomed in on the second/third pic. This is up near the washer fluid nozzles.

Actually, I have that same problem in a couple spots. One on top of the front bumper and I have noticed a recent spot a couple of days ago on the driver side front fender.
