Hey guys, picked up an extra set of quads from a buddy. Decided to paint them body color while body color painting a set of fender flares. I am currently debating on if I should tint the amber reflectors or not and was hoping you guys could tell me what you think any maybe sway me one direction or the other. I am including photos below. One of which is of the headlight that I photoshopped to appear to have a tinted reflector to give an idea of what it could look like. Don't mind the pictures, I just tossed the headlight togetherISH real quick for a picture and also don't mind the dirt, I still need to polish the lens. Well I appreciate those of you that chimed in/voted. In the end I decided I would personally like to tint them. However I did not want an extreame tint, just a little darker orange is all. I mixed up my own base clear tint to help control just how dark I wanted them to be. I think they came out great. Depending on the angle of the picture ,they look darker than they actually are in person.

The lights aren't finished yet but this should give you an idea of what it's going to look like. What do you guys think.

For my little ol opinion, I liked them better when they were lighter. But I fully respect anyone's choice as to what they do with their vehicle and applaud you for stepping outside of the box.

I get that. If everyone liked the same thing.....All of our trucks would look the same lol.

Where do you buy paint to color match the headlights? Im contemplating reteofitting them myself or at least adding the diode switchback halo

Sorry I didn't get around to posting and update everyone. Been busy with alot of other stuff. Today I was finally able to get the headlights installed though. I wasn't sure how I was going to like them but now that I have them installed I kind of dig it!. What do you guys think?

I considered doing them paint match but they are almost entirely reflector...So there isnt much there to paint and probably wouldnt make much of a difference. So I am toying with the idea of tinting them/purchasing smoked fogs.

I have the ones from RetroShop installed in mine which would allow you to paint the housing.

Are you refering to the headlights?. Or the fog lights that were posted?. The headlights are OEM that I custom painted. The fog lights appear to be Morimotos
