Thanks guys a little more than just plug and play compared to the dual head lights or my previous charger I had I liked that I didn't need the relay harness with capacitior or the canceler thing worked perfectly with just the ballast and hid

Ok, so enlighten me. I'm use to needing a relay and all that.

So i don't need that on Dodge?

ALso I need to drill the housing on the lights, doesn't that allow for moisture to build up?

Some trucks seem to work without the harness, but I don't trust it. Why chance it?

On the housings, if you drill into the dust cap and use the grommet that comes with the HID bulbs, you will be fine. I use a 1" hole saw, but a 7/8" will work great too.

So was I or.using a canceler on the wiring but I tried it with out anything still have it.like that no flickering no warm wires nothing heating up unusually so for now I'm gonna leave it like this for a little bit until I get a new harness for it.

But you can always add some silicone between the gromet and housing to seal it better

Hey guys i got a 11 bighorn 1500, tonight i just installed hids in the fogs and headlights..everything came out fine, no flickering but when i turn my fogs on its tripping the tire pressure light..has this happened to anyone else? Could it be because i had the front end jacked up off the ground?

Just wanna say I installed my HID kit just now Thanks to this post. I had to pop the coupler off the extension wires to mate it to the stock one, but they all work!

Well...my lights work just fine, when the truck is off...running, I get the flickers (fogs are fine). How do I do the resistor/capacitor thing? I can't seem to find a thread on that specifically.

I have not looked at my lights or anything so can someone enlighten me as to why you need to drill something?

Mainly due to the kit being a two wire system and the factory clip going into the headlight housing is a three, but the other clips inside the housing (one for each bulb) are two wire clips.
