Like the title says I'm looking for any information on putting a fab fours 200 pound bumper on a Reg Cab 1500 4x4 slt 2010 Ram. I am pretty sure my Hemi can handle it but what about the frame? Is there any issues I need to consider when adding that much weight to a 1500? Thanks in advance for the replies.

It could cause premature wear on some front end parts but you shouldn't have any problems

What about sag? I am going to put the obligatory 2 inch coil level kit on too, unless there is something else I should be doing with that.

I would go with an adjustable strut
You could get 2.8" of lift in the front which would more then compensate for any sag
