Hi,
I have had a noise ongoing for a while with my 2wd 2014 Ram. There is a high pitched whine from the front. I jacked up the front of my truck today and spun each front wheel. The right front made the noise in the attached video. The noise is loudest at 45mph and I can feel a vibration in steering wheel when slowing to a stop. Thanks

could be, would be odd for a wheel bearing to go out on such a young truck unless you really pile on the mileage.

I've had a wheel bearing go out on a brand new car at 600 miles, you never know.

The best way to check is to lift the wheel off the ground, grab the wheel at the top and bottom and see if there is any bilateral movement when you shake it.

Make sure there aren't any rocks or anything in between the rotor and dust shield.
