What do you mean? Would I be able to use the bull ring tie down I have?

You would not be able to use bull rings. What I mean is there is a rail system already built into both sides of the bed with moveable tie down points.

I don't have any pictures but here is one I found online, there are 2 of those black tie down points on each side and you can move them around as needed.
