I got mine in gloss black to keep my night edition look, but instead of amber I decided white LEDs are better....

The white LEDs are a perfect match to my led switchbacks and my led headlights

That really does look good, are the LEDs just wired into the lights or did you wire them thru a separate switch?

i wired them to the parking lights, i like the grill but i kinda miss the crosshairs, im sure this will grow on me, this will be the 4th time my grill has changed on this truck haha

Man Im going to be honest, that grill on a silver truck isnt great. If it were color matched it would be amazing.

I just installed a gloss black with Amber LED's on my black 2012, getting the bumper wrapped this week for a full black out. I like it honestly!

ive considered it, but i was really liking the black OEM grill on my truck and thats why i went with this one in all black, i may decide to paint the trim ring of this grill silver at a later date but im waiting to see if this grows on me or not

I like it.

Maybe your pics are too "in your face" for some. Take a quartering shot, so that the grill doesn't totally dominate the photo.

i do need to get better pictures, but with me copying the night edition look, if you take any pix of it from a distance it just looks like a black grill and its hard to capture the whole look, but ill say i do like the look it has with all white LEDs in the grill and lights when i pull up to a business where i can see the reflection :naughty:

Nice man, I really wanna do them I just need to find the time to do it. Definitely a weekend project. Or find another set of headlights to work on

How did you tap into the parking lights? As a habit, I run my parking lights all the time. If my truck is on, my parking lights are on...

I’m looking at getting a grill like that for my truck too. The one I’ve seen is in flat black. Where did you get your gloss black one? I realize it’s been awhile since you got it. I hope you remember where you got it. Do you still have it on your truck?
