Could get the paint code, and go to your local auto body supply and paint house, they probably have a couple of ounces sitting around that they would sell you. While there, pick up supplies to apply and smooth out your repair!

I have used paint pens in the past on small nicks, and they do the job, but its not perfect. Red is a hard color to do anything with.... but it sure looks good!

Depends on what you refer to as minor.
If it's just in the clear, you may be able to buff it out.

Avoid things like ScratchX and other miracle products.
They are loaded with fillers that wash out and you're back to square one.
These products work great to sell the truck, or before a show, but they won't fix the issue.

A quality polishing compound followed by a sealant and wax should take care of anything in the clear. If you're into the paint / primmer, you'll never repair it to new without painting the whole panel again.
