Removal of RAM on 16 Rebel

Has anyone done this ? are there holes under there ??? to my understanding the only way to fill them is to weld them closed??? if they use bondo with the bondo pop out after closing tail gate?

I dont have the rebel but i was told by a local body shop (there was a rebel getting done) that they were tack welding in piece of metal. They would do the same for my ram logo.

I enblems were off and I do recall seeing any holes.

I don't blame you for wanting to get rid of that as some of the Ram package level's badging is just ridiculously oversized. I mean seriously, who wants massive brand lettering on the front and rear of their vehicle; what the heck is Dodge thinking anyways? :confused:

There are holes I believe. Easiest way would be to get a new tailgate

adrian I wish you were closer as i am in SoCal and the R A M on the tailgate is literally way way way too big.... I took off all badges on my rebel except for the back cause I am afraid and it looks like it going to the body shop for that...

Coworker just had his removed. There are holes in the tailgate.
