I am looking to get a tonneau cover for my 1500 short bed with ram box, I love the looks of the retrax mx pro, but was looking for practical thoughts from actual owners here.

What tonneau cover do you have on your ram box bed, and should you buy it again if you had to do it over?

I have the 6.5 bed but went with the Access LiteRider Cover, LOVE IT. It sits slightly above the bed giving me about another inch or two of height when closed. I got it at a great price and would absolutely purchase it again.

I have the Access Lorado cover here. Never been a fan of two or three piece solid covers that you flip up, just not my preference. I've had several Access (made by Agricover) covers before, none have let me down.

i've got the Bakflip G2 on one truck and the Bakflip VP on the other - not the cheapest of covers but have been holding up real well (5+ years for the G2 in extreme heat).

I have the Bak Revolver roll up I just installed on mine. Like the way it looks, wasn't the easiest install but if you're prepared its ok.
Pricey, not sure about leaks and all.
Was debating between this and the Bakflip. Decided on a roll up because wasn't sure how easy the flip up ones are to open and close.
