I have a 2009 Ram 1500 and the tailgate does not have a locking handle. From what I understand, the 2009 model didn't come with a lock but the 2010 and newer models did. My question is, being the same generation, will a locking handle from a 2010 and newer model work on a 2009 model? BTW, I looking for a key lock, not an electrical one.
I've searched the 'net and can't find an aftermarket lock for my model.
