I live in western NC

Summer is usually hot - Constant heat on the boxes
Winter is usually mild-ish - not too much freeze thaw

I open mine usually 1x per day but could be multiple x per week

I push mine down from the middle above the key-lock everytime

I live in Long Island, New York
The summer are hot 90 and winter can get to 0 with the windchill.
I use my boxes maybe twice a month.
Mine have formed a crack on both sides under the key-lock and the dealerships refuse to fix them

Noticed a crack on the passenger side a few weeks ago around the push button after being parked for a few months. Not sure when it developed.

Vehicle mainly operated in Alberta, BC. Trucks always parked outside.

Climate is generally mild, but will range from -30f to 100f. Can we a few weeks of high or low temps in a row. A few times a year we'll see a 30 to 40 degree shift in a day. On several trips temps have bounced up and down a few times through different climate zones.

Typically in driver side multiple times a day, and passenger once a week or so.
45,000 miles over 5 years. Mix of 2 mile and 350 mile trip legs in severe weather.

Bed has been removed twice to have rust around spot welds addressed, and there was Paintless dent repair impacting the bed/ramboxes.

I rebuilt the box lids recently for a rambox swap. Ordered new parts. There is a rubber gasket that goes under the lock cylinder, that fills the space in the lid. I thought it was too big when I saw it. Much different than the pic posted. Maybe RAM figured the gasket wasn’t thick enough
