Im looking to upgrade my wheels and tires because im not a fan of 20 inch chrome wheels. that being said id like to get 17 inch wheels, what are the backspacing and offset specs i need to be within to clear the suspension and brakes? thanks in advance!

-12 to +18.

If you plan on or have a lift kit installed (not a level kit).. Then you need to be at 4.5" backspacing or less.

With stock suspension in my 1500, I put some 285/70/17 Cooper tires on some 17x9 +18 wheels and had no rubbing.
