This is the small (5mm ?) bolt that holds the speed sensor on the front hub of my 2009 Ram 1500 sport 4x4....

I have never seen a 5 sided Allen....

Where do I buy a wrench for a 5 sided allen?

To me it looks like it started life as a Torx and was destroyed from there.

I would swear my sensors were and 8mm bolt not some torx abomination.

At this point it looks like vice-grips or someone who can tack weld a new bolt on top of it.

It may have been a Torque Plus fastener.

You may want to try cutting a slot across it and using a flat blade screwdriver.

I beat a cheap Allen tip into it.... project done!!!! New struts!!

I now officially hate dodge engineers....

It took one full day per side.... new lower strut bushings. BTW... you don't have to buy lower A arms at $599 each, just $30 bushings and new bolts.

Now off to the body shop to fix the rusty rear fender wells... :)

Was is the same on both sides.

Also I like your use a hammer to fix broken crap style. I do the same thing from time to time.
