I would say 65 if it says 65 cold but also look inside your drivers side door to see what the sticker says

Unloaded, you'll probably want to be down around 35-40 psi front and 30-35 psi rear. What size tire and on what size wheel? That partially determines the correct pressure to run.

The sticker inside the drivers door is only good if he has the OEM factory tires still on his truck.

I run mine on 42 psi, same tire,
it seems to run well!
Chris

P.S. WRONG! I have the LT305/55/R20 Bahia ATZ, so your pressure may be different!

Essentially the right way to check what pressure to run them at is to put chalk across the tread, drive a ways, and see how the chalk is wearing off. If it's only wearing in the center and not the outsides, the pressure is too high. If it's wearing off the outsides and not the center then the pressure is too low. Ideally you want even wear across the tread.

The numbers I stated above are likely where you want to be unloaded. I run 37x13.5 Toyo MT's on 22x12 wheels on my 3500 and run them at 40 psi front/35 psi rear unloaded. Your truck being that much lighter could even take a little pressure out of that.
Plus, the lower the pressure, the better the truck will ride over small bumps etc.
