What size do these look like?

I am trying to figure out what size rims and tires these are on this truck. Also how big of a lift do you guys think it is? The rim is a moto metal 961 that comes in a 20x9 +18 or 20x10 -24 just not sure what one is on the truck. I plan to do these same rims and tire to my truck. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

the rims look like 20s and the tires look like 35s if i were you i would get a 18in rim i wish i would have i love the look of a little extra tire sidewall but thats just my opinion

Ok thanks. Would I be able to run a 33 inch tire stock height? Also what size tire equals out to be a 33?

yes, the tires on the stock 20's are 33's

so:
275/60/20
305/55/20
33x12.5x20

Will the 12.5 work since the rim is -24 offset?

It'll work, may rub at full look on the lower corners of the inner fender liner where it meets the engine bay. Honestly 35" tires look best on 20's.
