Had the same squeak when hitting a bump or hole and i could repeat it when i rocked hard the car.
After diving me nuts looking for it, dealer said it was cabin support/s loose and tightened them.
Not related to your wheel spacers, but worth a try.
Related to your wheel spacers would be a bushing of your suspension.

Did you buy hub centric spacers? What size did you buy?

Did your trucks studs poke through the spacer at all? Even a tiny bit? Because if they did you have to grind down your studs or your wheel will end up falling off. You can tell by taking the wheel off and seeing if there's marks on the inside where the spacers meet

Well I checked the spacers and they are good they have not loosen and and are torque to the proper specs. the studs are good as well they don't stick out. Only other thing I can think of is I also did the mufflex muffler delete and that might be what is squeaking but not sure..
