The wheels I am getting have a center cap that cover the wheel studs/nuts. I tried contacting the company to see how long and wide a lug nut I can use and still get the center cap on. So now I am left with trying to figure out how long a lug nut I can use. I was thinking of getting closed ended lugs, measured 1.35" long. Or maybe I could go with an open ended lug? Can I use those with aftermarket wheels as long as they are the 60 degree acorn type?

Or, does anyone that has wheels with a center cap know what lug nuts they used?

So no one has aftermarket wheels with center caps on them? No one? I don't believe it.

Clancaster, I don't know if you remember or not... But I told you in your last thread that I have an extra set of lugs that will fit any rim. I used them on my fuel rims for about 1 month (had a cover).

But the specs on them, I don't know.

IMO

I remember now. I realize you want to make a buck or two but couldn't you just measure one and tell he how long they are? That's all I really need to know ;)

If your wheels have a center cap just use an open ended lug nut. No need for a closed one in that application as you won't see them anyway.

I'd actually be losing money by selling them.

If I can make my way in the garage tonight, I'll measure them.

Thanks man. I did see those on eBay but wasn't sure they'd work. Now I know.

PS- If you won so much as a sewing tape, you're my hero!
