I have 315/70/17 which are 34.4" on paper. I went with 0 offset on my 17" wheels and I have no rubbing. Don't quote me but I believe you're pretty safe anywhere from -12 to +12 offset. Just depends if you want the tire tucked in the fender or to hang out a bit. The difference between -13 and +10 looks to be about .9" or about 7/8". You would probably need at least a 2" level to clear everything.

The OEM 17" aluminum 5 spoke rim is 7" wide. Some people make the mistake of measuring the outside width of the rim. It the width between the inside of the rim bead that you use.Was told they are 17x8s.
