2010 Sport center consol trim colour

Any thoughts on colour matching the centre consol?

Of course the vent trim and the steering wheel trim would also have to be done.

I just think the silver looks out of place on my red and black truck.

Anyone done this? What are your oppinions. My only concern is that paint may be to fragile and scratch easily...Maybe vinyl?

FYI, not my picture, but same colour. Found this one on google. I have weathertech floor mats, so no silver RAM on the floor.

quite a few people have done this. i cant think of any with your color though. i have it on my flame red truck, and it looks pretty good i think.

mine are painted and have been for almost a year. no scratches or any problems with them yet

Thanks for the pictures everyone. The wraps are neat, but id prefer a solid colour. Maybe they are availble that way as well?

This might make a fun project although I think it will be a while before I tackle it. My next mod/accessory will be a back up camera I think.

If you pry carefully, nothing will break and you will be ok

Of course, make sure to remove the screws first...otherwise you are tugging...lol

Yeah, the only other tip might be to dissessemble on a nice hot day...

this ^^^ too.
I took mine apart during winter and not only were my fingers frozen, so were the clips and I did snap one, but I had to be EXTRA careful.

Took mine off again a few weeks back to remove my LockPick and it came off a heck of a lot easier.
