I have a 2011 sport quad cab it has the plug under back seat for subwoofer I bought a used factory subwoofer and it does nothing does the dealer have to turn on this setting or what's wrong

Does your stereo audio settings have a separate control for the sub, such as on/off option? I don't think the stock stereos do, but would be easy to look in the settings to verify.

Stock RBz radio there is no setting for sub just bass
