hmmm any pics of the color?

I'll try and snap some pics tonight of the factory interior LED vs the aftermarket 6k I just put in all my exterior locations. It's always hard to tell with lights in pictures but I can promise you these factory interior LEDs look like cheap crap compared to the 6ks I just installed outside.

I just went and snapped a couple interior pics, here you go. Factory LED interior vs the 6K LED I got form Enlight Automotive for the reverse, cargo, and license plate. Clearly a huge difference. All my other cars/trucks I've always changed all of the incandecent bulbs out for 6K LED for the interior and exterior, it's a huge improvement IMO. That's why it sucks we are stuck with the crappy 4300k factory LED interior bulbs as of now.

Any body have an issue with their Yellowish factory leds flickering? My passenger side light will either stay noticeably dimmer than the dirverside and flicker randomly, then maybe stay bright and normal for a bit, them back to dim,, like it has a mind of its own all while the driver side is steady... Agreed i wish i had the incandescents and could just easily upgraded..

You can upgrade the factory led in the front. You have to open the whole unit in the roof (not difficult) and take out the led panel (it is a plastic panel which has the led bulb) and put the new led bulb instead of the "old" led panel. That's what I did in my 2016 Limited. For the back unfortunately you can't take out the led so that you have to solder a new led or to replace it with the standard incandescent housing and then put a led. Unfortunately the incandescent housing is not cheap.

Any bulb out errors with those reverse and cargo leds?

Also does the cargo leds stay dimly lit when they aren't on? I haven't been able to find leds without those two issues.

Yes like stated earlier it depends on trim level. The higher models come with factory leds. I have a 2015 Outdoorsman which I installed led bulbs in. They are a lot brighter, but they don't last no time. They begin flickering and before long they need to be replaced. Already replaced 2 or 3 within the last year. Also found the license plate ones to be too bright. They would show glare on the back up camera, and I didn't like the way they shined on the tail gate. Also had them in the reverse lights but found they didn't shine half as far or wide as the stock reverse bulbs. I will be soon switching all the interior lights back to factory.

Ok, everyone seems to be going back and forth with factory leds and aftermarket leds. I have a sport thats fully loaded and comes factory with leds but as everyone else stated they have a yellowish color. Has anyone actually seen any aftermarket housings with brighter leds or is it possible to replace just the single led inside the housing, I just want to get someone elses experience before I start to tear into it
