Automatic heat/cool seats with remote start

I found the box in the settings to have the seats come alive with remote start. My question is what ambient temperature do they either heat or cool? can I change this? At 45 degrees the seats don't kick in the heaters with remote start...

I've noticed whe it's below 40 outside the heated seats kick in. And like above 80 the cooled seats do.

Only my drivers seat is activated with the remote start, is there a way to set the passenger seat to come on also?

same here cant find a way to do it either. I hope they come out with a unit to "HACK" the computer and have more options.
