Center Jump Seat Question

So, I have a 2015 2500 Bighorn, and my buddy has a 2011 1500. Both of our trucks have center jump seats, but the past weekend, he saw how my center jump seat has a second storage area under the seat, which his truck does not have.

He was wondering if it is possible to swap his out to my style? IE, can he swap out his 2011 center jump seat (without under seat storage) to the 2015 center jump seat with under seat storage?

Is that doable? I was thinking about buying him one for his birthday, if it will fit.

Yea it will fit no problem. The 09+ jump seats even fit into the 3rd gen Rams. They are all interchangeable and mount to the same mounts.

You mind posting a picture of yours? I have a 2014 tradesman. My center jump seat doesn't have storage under the seat. I'm curious what difference there is

I just picked this up out of 16 Big Horn.... will be in the for sale section very soon. It has the bottom storage.

My 2014 Big Horn has the bottom seat storage.... had the truck for over 3 months before I found it!!!!

Dog gone it. It's like 20 degree's outside. I just have to go out there to see if I somehow missed it. I always have the arm rest down so wouldn't shock me.

Okay that would be a no. My tradesman has the most basic seats. Been trying to find an upgrade but I have had no luck. Or find a perfect leather set. Only to find they want 2k plus for it. ARGH
