Something interesting happened tonight, I got in my truck after visiting a friend.. Started the truck like normal.. And realized the clock had reset itself. When I tried resetting I found that it is no longer running at all. I set it to the correct time (which was 9:52), and found several minutes later that it still said 9:52.. I've tried shutting the truck and resetting several times and found no difference. Anyone else had this happen? It's extremely annoying.

Try pulling the fuse for the radio for about 10 to 20 minutes, this will totally rest the radio and remove all power.

Guys, which fuse number did you pull to kill the radio? Mine's not listed in the Owner's manual.

Had this happen tonight with my truck (13 Ram 1500, 5.7, base radio), but it happened after the airbag sensor light tripped in the dash and received "service air bag system" message. Anybody that has had this problem along with the clock freezing? Appreciate any input.

had the service air bag come on after 650 miles on the clock.
being so new I snapped pictures to time stamp it as as fast as it come on, it clear it self.
long story short, took a few times to try to fix, ended up (Dealer says) being a clock spring.
I was like whatever
happens again its lemon law time as this happened 2 other times with no fix.
23,000 miles later no problems at all

I had my clock spring replaced when the Air Bag light came on for me also.
