Driver window not working!!!

I have a 2010 Dodge Ram Quad cab 1500 2wd. Out of nowhere my driver window and door locks stopped working. I can control my rear window just fine front windows are dead from the driver side. I swapped out driver side switches and nothing. I swapped out driver door module and nothing. I am lost here. I checked all fuses and they are fine. My local shop is telling me I need to take it to the dealership to reprogram module? Any ideas?

Try resetting the pcm by unhooking the + battery lead for a couple of hours. Sounds like a software hiccup to me

having the same problem did resetting the pcm work for you

Pcm= powertrain control module
Bcm= body control module

the pcm wouldn't be the culprit here for a issue with window and locks.

Trying the battery reset is a good start. Also check the fuse boxes for corrosion or something weird. I have heard a few guys complaining of their bcms taking a **** out of nowhere in these trucks. Hope that's not the issue but it could be. Good luck
