Headliner loose

My headliner is loose with a visible gap around the moon roof. I can hear the Velcro scratching and no matter how many times I try to push it up it just comes loose again.
Is it just Velcro holding it or are there clips in there somewhere?
Idea's?

Aftermarket moonroof installed professionally? If so, take it back to the installer. They oftentimes warranty these headliners as they are part of the install. If not warrantied at the very least they can tell you how it is attached to the roof and possible fixes.

Factory moon roof. Going to go back to dealer under warranty but wanted to see if I could fix it 1st since I doubt they would do the right thing.
