I know lots of people have heating problems. But everyone is different.
So my heater is not working. And the AC works but when I switched to the heater it just blows Ambient air.
It started with some loud clicking behind the dash as if it were gears stripping. I took off both blend doors and both are okay as I tested them and they appear to both be working.
What else could've made that clicking sound behind the dash???

I'm also curious that both blend door actuators behind the cup holders only control direction of flow. One directs flow to the defroster and the other directs flow to feet/upper body. Where is the blend door that allows the heat in?

I am guessing that the HD system is the same as the 1500 system.

As I understand it there are 4 motors, 3 in the front and one in the back. The Front, two are behind the radio and one is behind the glove box. I have never seen a picture of where the 4th one would be located in the back.

A recalibration solved my issue, mine gave a single click when switching settings
