OK. I want to know how to do this too!! I had the same idea. Did you paint it, or is that a vinyl wrap of some sort?

Vinyl wrap I bought off wish.com. Sure it took a month to get here but a roll that's 3"X2" it only costed me like $6. I think it gives my truck a nice color pop

Cool. Did that trim piece just pop off? When you figure out how to get the others off, will you put it on here? I'm going to try and orange trim theme with my truck. I originally saw Ram did it with the new Rebel, or whatever it's called, in red. That gave me the idea to try and do mine. I just haven't looked to see how they come off.

The ring around the open storage is held on by 9 clips: 2 on the front and sides, and 3 on the back. Just use a flat screw driver and pop them off. Not all at once just little by little in each side until it comes off.

The trim around the vents will just pop out, use a trim removal tool (or flatblade if you're careful) and it will just pop out. The trim around the radio is part of the center stack so you'll need to remove the center stack then tape everything off.

Bright royal blue trim in an already tri-tone tan/brown/burgundyish interior?

To each their own, but jesus...:puke:

I'm feeling this as well. The blue just doesn't belong in that interior. I'm not a camo fan, but a desert camo hydrodip would fit best with the interior, not blue, sticks out like a sore thumb.

I think it gives it a nice color pop. Brown, light brown, and gray is pretty bland imo

Well that's a bummer...looks like I'll have to put it on with the door attached. Thanks for the help and advice guys.

Edit: for the record I fell in love with the exterior colors of my truck but I don't care too much for the 50 shades of brown on the inside. The picture just doesn't do the blue justice without seeing it in person. And I'm only getting started on the interior.

You could always pick up a vinyl spray and start getting rid of the 3-tone brown that way. It's what I did in my '07 with the 2-tone grey and light tan pillars/headliner.
