How to remove window glass

So I was looking online and everyone seems to skip right over the window removal part. How do you separate the glass from the regulator. I seem to be missing something and dont want to pry to hard and break the damn glass. thanks

go to 5:40 in video and he shows the best I have seen so far. Will attempt eventually but just wanted to know. hope this helps someone.

remove the speaker and open the plastic square panel you will see white plastic clips push the center with a flat head screw driver and pull up slowly. I changed both my door glass under warranty for scratches. I know my dealer well enough that they give me parts to replace under warranty, i do the labor and return the parts to them when im done
