You could always use an upholstery steamer to get the wrinkles out of the seats. It takes a little time, but you can eventually work out all of the wrinkles.
This was dug up from 4 months ago. Did the wrinkles come out? I did a Katzkin leather kit in a WRX about 7 years ago, and even though it was very nice, it never really had that "stock, tight leather" feel from factory seats.
