Does anyone know where I can install a Cobra 29LTD CB radio in a 2011 Dodge Ram Pickup with Captains Chairs, center console and sunroof?

Are you worried about the antenna, cabling or the radio box?

Well how in depth would you like to go with this install? and Welcome to the forum!

You can always put it in the center console to keep a factory style look.
Another thought is under your seat. I had mine there for a short time but the mic cord was getting annoying where I had it.

^^^^That^^^^ is what I plan to do. I have a lower storage area under the center armrest that is perfect for the radio. I'll run the antenna cable to the back, out through a grommet and "Y" it to two antennas. The mic will be the only visible item. It will also be the control head for the radio. That gets mounted on the side of the cupholder/center console.
