I removed the little tray and put in a mini console out of a wrecked Power Wagon. It gives you three more cup holders and a couple of storage trays.
It screws to the floor using the same screws as the little tray. The mini console has to be trimmed a bit to fit unless you change out the dash piece as well-if you do that you lose your drawer up above. I just trimmed the console instead.

Keep any eye on eBay. Always consoles for sale, just a matter of catching that one at a great price
