Good question. I assume it is. I wonder how well the heat transfers, though. My mom's car has a heated wheel but the top is wood and it really doesn't get warm at all. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a heated wheel.

Yes the wood part heats up sometimes to hot. I'm a hold the top of the wheel driver and sometimes even without the heat part on my hand gets sweaty. They are nice to look at though driving down the road.

Try Bondic it actually works really well. Its not a glue but similar to filling cracks in your teeth at the dentist with UV light.
