Hi,

Just installed the Lockpick on my factory Nav unit. Great system - unlocks the video and Nav, as well as an iPhone connect and charge (plus rear view camera connection too).

Here's my question:

I was wondering if there's a way to get the screen that shows on my iPhone 4S, to show on the Nav screen. I can get my music playlist easy enough.

You know how you have apps on your iPhone screen that you access by touch, I would like to have them show on the Nav screen too - it would be easier to see and access, without having to go to the iPhone itself.

Not sure if this makes much sense, buy it's worth a shot...

I think this one allows integration to some extent. Is this the one you have? Or do you just have the LockPick v.4 (like what I have)?

Yup this is the one you need to do so. I have it and it allows me to see the playlists on the screen via the TV selection then select ipod/iphone from the list. I also have the ipod/iphone one from Mopar that shows the playlists just not the screen. The one I have allows me to watch movies, sling player, music videos, or just play music it is sweet. It also allowed me to install backup cam that I did not have from factory.

Damn. 350. But i love the iPhone interface options with it. Anyone have this? Is self install difficult?

I bought it on ebay I think it was much less. It was easy to install except the chrome ring on the center console is very easy to break.

You're gonna have to jailbreak your iPhone to see the full "desktop" on a video out device.
