If ur using rain-x or something similar that's what's causing the problem. The rain-x stuff has something in it that put a film over the sensor and give you the false reading. I'm having the same problem. I'm gonna try and that the sensor out and clean it than just use the plain blue stuff.
Same problem on mine but isn't it a float type sensor, what's the best way to remove it.
